We recently relocated to the area. Finding a new PCP was a concern because in the past we struggled with finding one where staff were welcoming and friendly. Where we came from we often felt like we shouldn't even make an appointment and many times did not due to attitudes of the staff/care providers.
This is honestly-(in years) one of the first times, we were completely taken back by the professionalism and friendliness of both front and back office staff, When you are struggling with specific medical issues it is difficult to express just how important that is. I can't recommend this office and all the staff enough. Everyone is just So nice, respectful, helpful and friendly! We give 5+++ Stars! This is HOW the medical profession should be!!!

As soon as you walk in the front desk acknowledges you and are very kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Shaaban was easy to talk to and answered all the questions I had. He was very nice and seemed eager to help with my medical care. Would definitely recommend Access Point Healthcare to all.

I have been going to the same PCP for 43 years and when they closed and retired I was hesitant to go or even find a new physician but I am very pleased with Dr Shaaban and his staff is amazing! Highly recommend this practice!! :)
